What I do at Silver Air Private Jets

As Chief Pilot at Silver Air, I lead our flight operations, ensuring every flight meets the highest standards of safety while empowering our pilots to consistently deliver an exceptional client experience.

Why Silver Air Private Jets

I believe great leadership starts with high standards—not only for how we perform, but for how we carry ourselves as professionals. I'm committed to giving our pilots the tools, feedback, and mentorship they need to grow. Leadership, to me, means building a culture of trust and support—one where people feel empowered to bring their best. That's what drives me: inspiring confidence in the cockpit, across our team, and with every client we serve.

Who am I?

I lead the flight operations and set the standard for crew excellence across Silver Air's managed and charter fleet.  I believe in a culture of safety, precision, and operational discipline across Part 91/135 operations. With over 4,800 flight hours, Craig's expertise spans some of the industry's most demanding environments. He previously flew as Captain on the Citation CJ2+ and Pilatus PC-12 NG at MPI Jets, and before taking to the skies, Craig spent a decade leading operations in luxury retail, sharpening the same instincts for standards, service, and team leadership that now define his approach in aviation.
Today, Craig brings that full arc of experience to Silver Air: a leader who understands that excellence isn't just about flying well — it's about building a team, and a culture, that consistently delivers it.

Advice for prospective candidates

My advice to anyone interested in joining Silver Air: come prepared, stay adaptable, and never stop refining your craft. Aviation moves fast, and conditions can shift in an instant—what matters is how precisely and calmly you respond. Excellence isn't a destination; it's built one decision at a time, whether you're in the planning room, running through pre-flight checks, or cruising at 45,000 feet. Every detail is a chance to improve.
