Kelley Lokensgard

As Chief Cabin Attendant, I oversee the Cabin Attendants at Silver Air. I am responsible for Training and Standardization, and I serve as Point of Contact for all things related to the inflight experience.

I recommend working for Silver Air because the company rewards highly driven employees. This is a company where you can gain valuable experience; those who take that seriously can grow quickly. 

I have served as a SoCal Cabin Attendant since 2021; I currently am the Lead FA on a G550 with Silver Air. Prior to my career in aviation I pursued my Master's in Vocal Performance at UNT, conducted children's choirs, taught voice lessons, and trained as a fine dining restaurant server. All of these experiences provided me with skills such as patience, compassion, delivering performance under stress, and a thick skin.

I recommend that candidates consider that in each interaction, we are picturing them working in the cabin with our clients. Put your best foot forward, look the part, be as humble and polished as you would in the aircraft cabin.
