What I do at Silver Air Private Jets
I’m the Chief Pilot here at Silver Air, leading our flight operations and supporting our pilots to deliver safe, seamless, and exceptional service to our clients.
Why Silver Air Private Jets
I believe in setting high standards—not just for performance, but for how we carry ourselves as professionals. I make it a priority to give pilots the tools, feedback, and mentorship they need to meet those standards. For me, leadership is about creating an environment where people feel supported, trusted, and motivated to give their best. My goal is to inspire confidence in the cockpit, across the entire flight team, and with every client we serve.
Who am I?
I’ve logged more than 9,800 flight hours across a wide range of aircraft and environments—from Alaska’s remote airstrips to the wildlife-covered runways of East Africa, and private jet operations across the U.S. and abroad. Over my years with Silver Air, I’ve upgraded three times, mentored fellow pilots, and helped shape our Aircraft Resource Manager program. I take pride in blending technical precision with a calm, steady approach to leadership—always keeping safety, professionalism, and client experience at the forefront.
Advice for prospective candidates
Come prepared, stay adaptable, and treat every flight as an opportunity to refine your craft. In this industry, conditions change quickly, and your ability to adjust with precision and composure matters. Excellence in aviation is built one decision at a time—whether that decision happens in the planning room, during pre-flight, or in the air at 40,000 feet. Every detail counts, and every flight is a chance to get better.
