Who am I?

I began my career in recruitment at Volt Information Sciences, where I gained extensive experience in providing contingent workers and personnel recruitment services in various fields, including professional administration, technical, information technology, and engineering positions. I also oversaw the recruitment and management of contingent workers from multiple service providers as part of the company's managed services.

After Volt, I joined Corning, a leading materials science company that invents life-changing technologies using scientific and manufacturing expertise. I contributed to the company's Human Resources division, where I found my passion for maximizing employee potential. I was responsible for managing employee relations, talent management and recruitment, and leading employee engagement initiatives.

Now, as the Chief People Officer at Silver Air Private Jets, I am excited to bring my expertise and experience to drive the company's mission to be the best private jet management and charter operator in the world. I am fortunate to lead the People and Culture team in fostering a positive and productive work environment that values employee growth and development.
