What I do at Silver Air Private Jets

As VP of Client Experience, my role at Silver Air is to oversee and provide support to cabin crews, flight support and owners. I am responsible for managing the comforts of each flight for charter and owner flights, as well as overseeing the experience for crew, passengers and owners. I am passionate about guiding, mentoring, and training the Client Experience team.

Each team at Silver Air has a community dynamic like no other and is very tight-knit. All team members care about their job to the fullest extent possible and take pride in helping one another succeed.

Who am I?

At the age of 17, I jumpstarted my career in aviation as a Flight Operations Specialist in the U.S. Army. Shortly afterward, I chased my dream of becoming a helicopter pilot and had the opportunity to fly and work with the DEA (United States Drug Enforcement Administration), CBP (United States Customs and Border Protection), ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives), GBI (Georgia Bureau of Investigation), and wherever else I was needed! Outside of the aviation industry, I served as a teacher for several years and homeschooled my children. I am passionate about spending time with my two children and pets, as well as trying out new hobbies such as gardening and cycling.

Advice for prospective candidates

To be in aviation, you must work hard and love what you do. Obstacles and tricky situations arise every day, so problem-solving skills are essential to be in the industry. But if there is one thing I’ve learned: There’s no better feeling than solving any issue that comes your way. If you have a true passion for the industry, you’ll be a good fit for Silver Air.
